What is included in my monthly fee?
All of our pricing plans include regular services and yearly services.
Regular services include bookkeeping, VAT returns, and payroll.
Yearly services include confirmation statements, annual accounts, corporation tax returns, and directors' returns.
Additionally, we offer meetings (as per each plan limit), short query replies, and ad hoc HMRC calls.
'Get Clarity' and 'Grow' plans have additional features, as listed in our comparison table.
Will there be any extra fees I need to think about?
While our monthly fixed fee covers a wide range of essential accounting services, there may be additional charges for services that go beyond the standard package. Your letter of engagement will clearly state what is included in your monthly fee.
Occasionally, you may find that you need more in-depth, specific advice, and reports and these would typically incur extra charges.
We believe in transparency and will always discuss any potential additional fees with you upfront, ensuring you're fully aware of all costs associated with your account.
How do you bill for your services?
All our fees are conveniently handled by GoCardless, ensuring a seamless experience for you. When you sign the engagement letter with us, we kindly ask you to complete the direct debit form. It's a small step that helps us serve you better and embark on an exciting journey together!
